Payments:

All payment are processed by a secured server protected by a third party as Shopify or Paypal credit card processing please feel confident of their service as we do not store any information provide by you

Shipping:

All items are shipped from the United States through USPS. Please allow 1-2 day handling. If purchase is made on a Sunday/Holidays your package will be shipped Monday morning. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Nicole Harry for NDA cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather services interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. All Packages will have a tracking number.

International Orders = $8 to $20

Refund Policy:

All Sales are final.

Exchange only

In order for an item to be exchanged the item must be;

Returned in New/Unworn Condition.

Shipment charge is not refundable.

Must be returned with original packaging.

Must be returned with in 10 days from purchase. All packages returned after 10 days will not receive a refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer. If you have received a faulty/defective item, please contact us with subject line: Faulty Item to nicole@nicoledesignsall.com
